Corporate System Project Associate

The Corporate System Project Associate will be a key member of our Corporate System Project Management team who will provide advanced system application project administration and operations support. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist both SVP, Corporate Development and Senior Corporate System Project Manager with day-to-day Corporate System team’s operations:
  • Provide day-to-day Corporate System operational support, including facilitating user questions and inquiries, system issue status and timeline tracking, communications preparation, meeting coordination and meeting minutes preparation.
  • Conduct company system applications user training.
  • Maintain Corporate System documentations and User Guides. Prepare instruction manuals for systems applications.
  • Perform quality control on weekly and monthly Timesheets and Prepare year-end employee timesheet completion ratings.
  • Coordinate system change requests and upgrades, and assist with quality assurance and testing.
  • Prepare reports at different levels.

 Key Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in Life Science, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 3 years+ experience in a project supporting role, with knowledge of system project management life cycle.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Team player and willing to work with the team.
  • Ability to work specific hours per day according to US Eastern Time Zone hours.
